1. Global Warranty and Return Policy

This policy applies to Batelithium products sold through our website and eligible Google Merchant Center product listings. Because lithium batteries, inverters, and energy storage systems are heavy and regulated products, our first after-sales solution is technical diagnosis, remote technical support, and replacement parts instead of unnecessary full-unit returns.

Customers may request warranty support, return review, exchange review, or refund review within 30 days of receiving the product. All cases require photo or video evidence, order information, and technical review by Batelithium.

2. Warranty Coverage and Free Replacement Parts

All Batelithium products come with a manufacturer warranty. If a product has a confirmed functional failure during normal use, Batelithium will provide remote technical support and, when needed, free replacement parts for local repair.

  • Remote technical support - We help diagnose the issue by email, WhatsApp, video, photos, and technical instructions
  • Free replacement parts - For approved warranty cases, Batelithium provides the required parts free of charge
  • Local repair guidance - The buyer or local technician installs replacement parts according to Batelithium instructions
  • Replacement, exchange, or refund review - If parts and remote support cannot solve the confirmed issue, Batelithium may approve replacement, exchange, or refund

3. Eligibility for Warranty Support or Return Review

To be eligible for warranty support, return review, exchange review, or refund review, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has a confirmed functional failure during normal use
  • The product was damaged on arrival, or the wrong product was shipped by Batelithium
  • The issue is reported within 30 days of receiving the product
  • Photo or video evidence of the defect is provided
  • The product has not been physically damaged, modified, or misused by the customer

4. Non-Returnable or Non-Warranty Cases

The following cases are not eligible for return, refund, or free warranty parts unless Batelithium gives written approval:

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or use
  • Products that have been modified or disassembled
  • Custom-made products (unless defective)
  • Products with cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Non-defective products returned only because the customer changed their mind
  • Damage caused by incorrect wiring, overload, water ingress, collision, unauthorized repair, or incompatible equipment

5. How to Request After-Sales Support

To initiate warranty support, return review, or after-sales service:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number
  2. Provide photos or videos showing the issue, wiring, installation environment, and product label
  3. Our technical team will assess the issue within 2 business days
  4. If approved, Batelithium will provide remote technical support, free replacement parts, local repair instructions, replacement review, exchange review, or refund review

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after Batelithium confirms that replacement parts, remote technical support, local repair, replacement, or exchange cannot solve the confirmed issue. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Return Shipping, Parts Shipping, and Buyer Costs

For approved warranty cases, Batelithium provides replacement parts free of charge. The buyer is responsible for shipping freight, import duties, taxes, destination handling fees, local labor, and any local transportation costs for replacement parts or returned products unless Batelithium confirms a different arrangement in writing.

If a full product return is required, Batelithium will provide return instructions before the product is shipped back. The customer return shipping fee is the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier or freight forwarder, paid by the buyer unless Batelithium confirms otherwise in writing. No restocking fee is charged for approved warranty cases.

For non-defective products or returns caused by customer preference, installation error, misuse, modification, or disassembly, returns are not accepted unless Batelithium provides written approval.

8. Dealer and Project After-Sales Service

For large distributors, dealers, installers, and project customers, Batelithium may provide after-sales equipment, spare parts packages, remote engineering support, and local repair procedures to support after-sales service in the customer's country or region. The exact service scope, spare parts, equipment, local labor, and transportation responsibilities are confirmed in the dealer or project agreement.
